Cooking instructions
* Step 1
The process of making dambu undergoes 2 steaming process.
* Step 2
Wash the rice grift and steam for the first time
* Step 3
Chop onions and pepper,pluck zogale from the stem(no need to chop the leaves)
* Step 4
Add in zogale,salt,seasoning, onions and pepper to the steamed rice.
* Step 5
Steam for the second time until well cooked.
