Taco Turkey Meatloaf
Major hit in my house, my family said it tastes like enchiladas..delicious!!
Ingredient

8-10 servings
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 and line baking sheet with parchment paper
* Step 2
Saute onion in olive oil, add garlic...cool
* Step 3
Combine salsa, spices, eggs, chiles, Worcestershire sauce
* Step 4
Add turkey and salsa mixture knead together with black beans, corn, and crushed tortillas.
* Step 5
Form oval bowl shape with half the turkey loaf, fill with cheese and add rest of Turkey loaf to cover. Bake 1 hour 15 minutes or more as needed.
* Step 6
During last 15 minutes, drizzle 1/2-3/4 cup taco sauce on top
