Crispy roasted potatoes

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil the potatoes in salted water for about 30 minutes until they are soft (skin on!). let them cool down a bit.

* Step 2

Cut every potato in half, rub with the oil and spice mix.

* Step 3

Roast in the oven set to 220 C° for about an hour. 30 mins face down, 30 mins face up.
