Purple yam in banana leaves (kue bugis)

This dessert is heavenly delicious and easy to make. The inside is sweet granted coconut really mix well with purple yam❣️

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix all flour, sugar, salt, and purple yam. Add water little by little to perform dough

* Step 2

Mix coconut, sugar, pandan leaves, salt and water, cook on low heat until dry.

* Step 3

Divided purple dough mix to several balls, and filled with coconut mix.

* Step 4

Wrap them with banana leaves and steam approximately 30 minutes. Ready to serve and eat warm😋
