Lemon & Dill Fish Roll
Not much to tell you, but it’s good😋

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Season fish well on top of a sheet of foil
* Step 2
Place sliced veggies (Onions,Tyme, rosemary,carrots) on & under fish
* Step 3
Place shrimp onto fish. Place a good amount of dill at end of fish. Drizzle all with olive oil.
* Step 4
Roll fish and use a toothpick to hold in place
* Step 5
Fold foil up to contain individual pieces of fish, but leave a area where you can pour wine in w/o it running out.
* Step 6
Place into oven for 30-40 mins on 300 degrees. Open, pour lemon juice on & serve with cabbage or rice and enjoy
