* Step 1
Season fish with salt and pepper. Heat a skillet. Drop 1 Teaspoon Olive Oil and grill the fish 4 minutes on each side covered.
* Step 2
Heat a Pan. Add 1 clove garlic minced, a 2 teaspoon olive oil and the spinich. Toss spinich a couple of time and sprinkle a pinch of salt and freshly ground black pepper. Serve fish with spinich and Red Quinoa.
