Roti Roll stuffed with Keema

For our friends busy with life and always on the go. Don't have time to induldge in kitchen. This is just great simple and quick. Get some uncooked Roti (Flour Tortillla) Tortilla Land Brand from Costco 50 for under 7.00. For filling you can use any left overs and make several at a time for later use.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat a Cast Iron Pan or a Non Stick Pan. Take one Roti - uncooked and fill up with 2 tablespoon of your choice of filling. Make a roll and close the ends by folding ends and press with fingers. Brush Roti with vegetable oil on both sides.

* Step 2

Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side on Medium to Low heat until nice and brown. Serve your choice of chutney.
