Brown rice and salmon salad

Salmon

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat the oven 200 degrees Oven-bake the Salmon

* Step 2

Season salmon with salt and pepper. I like to use lemon and garlic salt. Place salmon, skin side down, on a non-stick baking sheet or in a non-stick pan with an oven-proof handle. Bake until salmon is cooked through, about 12 to 15 minutes.

* Step 3

Boiled the rice as of packet

* Step 4

Mix salad, veggies, feta olive oil and juice of a lemon in a bowl with some salt and pepper. I like to use herbamare salt instead of normal table salt or Himalayan salt.

* Step 5

Mix the rice with salad mixture and top with the cooked salmon
