Olives with minced meat and tomatoes

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Remove the tomato skin by making a small cut in the tomato and putting them in boiling water for 1 minute. This will help loosen the skin. Put them in an oven dish.

* Step 2

Cut up the herbs and olives (keep some olives on the side). Mix them through the meat. Add the mustard and season. Now, knead them into 4 meatballs.

* Step 3

Put one branch of rosemary in a small incision that you make on top of the tomato. Cut up the lemon and put the parts between the tomato and meatballs.

* Step 4

Put in the preheated oven for 25 minutes at 180°.
