1/2 Tsp

Cinnamon

1/2 Tsp

Nutmeg

2 1/4 Cups

Water

3 Tbsp

Honey

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash and Core Apples. Leave bottom of the core.

* Step 2

Mix raisins, almonds, cinnamon and nutmeg. Stuff each apple.

* Step 3

Add water, orange juice concentrate, and honey to bowl. Mix well.

* Step 4

Place apples in Dutch Oven. Slowly pour orange juice/honey mixture over apples.

* Step 5

Place oven on coals, put on lid and arrange coals on lid on checkerboard pattern. Bake until apples are tender, 40-50 minutes.
