Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil potatoes and Chana daal with all dry ingredients and green chilli till it will tender
Now mash that mixture nicely
* Step 2
Take a pan melt the butter and sauté chopped onion and add potato mixture and add green coriander and mix it nicely and leave it for 10 minutes
* Step 3
Now fill in puff pastry and make your desireable shapes
* Step 4
Brush with egg or sprinkle seeds (optional)
* Step 5
Now bake on 180 temp for 15 to 20 minutes or according to your oven
* Step 6
Potato patties are ready enjoy with ketchup or any sauce you like
