Potatoes patties

Ingredient

Potato

150 grams

Chana daal

1 tsp

Cumin

1 small stick

Cinnamon

2 tbs

Butter

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil potatoes and Chana daal with all dry ingredients and green chilli till it will tender Now mash that mixture nicely

* Step 2

Take a pan melt the butter and sauté chopped onion and add potato mixture and add green coriander and mix it nicely and leave it for 10 minutes

Now fill in puff pastry and make your desireable shapes

Brush with egg or sprinkle seeds (optional)

* Step 5

Now bake on 180 temp for 15 to 20 minutes or according to your oven

Potato patties are ready enjoy with ketchup or any sauce you like
