Ingredient

Food ration :

750 gram

Chicken liver

4-5

Tomato

3-4 tbs

Lemon juice

1 tbs

Salt

1/2 cup

Oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut chicken liver into pieces

* Step 2

Make paste of Tomato and 2 green chilli

* Step 3

Cook the tomato paste for 5 to 10 minutes then add liver and all spices and cook for 5 minutes and add oil now you have to cook till water will be dry and oil come out

* Step 4

Garnish with fresh coriander and green chilli

* Step 5

Tip ; cut the liver and put it in stainer
