* Step 1
Together all ingredients,Boil potato,sweet potato,beetroot in cooker with pinch salt.
* Step 2
Great purple cabbage,cut tomato in round,make flowers of tomato peel.Remove onion skin,cut onion in round rings,peel boiled potato cut in round shape.chopped spinach leaves.cut boiled beetroot in round slices.
* Step 3
In a serving dish in middle grated purple cabbage,in between put onion ring tomato flower.then potatoes slices,tomato,onions,beetroot,chopped spinach,basil leaves,sprinkle grated purple cabbage on basil leaves.put raisins.sprinkle salt,black pepper powder.lemon juice.
* Step 4
Our delicious yummy rainbow salad is ready.
