Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Together all ingredients. Wash the rice keep aside.In pressure cooker add oil & ghee 2 tbsp heat on flame,add cumin seeds,dry chili,black pepper,cloves,green cardamom,bay leaf,cinnamon stick,cook for 15 seconds, add mutter.
* Step 2
Add ginger garlic chilli paste,add 1 cup water,add other vegetables & rice,salt,turmeric mix well add 1 cup water.low the flame.
* Step 3
Fry onion slices,close the lid,cook until 1 whistle.serve hot in bowl with kadhi,papad.garnish with fry onions & cashews.
