* Step 1

Remove the skin & chop mango,pour 1 1/2 cup water in cooker,pressure cook it until 3 whistle.

Add 1/2 cup water in jeggery melt & strain.make a purée of boiled mango.mix mango purée & jeggery water.add mint juice,black salt,salt,cumin powder,red chili powder.mix properly.Tasty Aam Panna is ready to drink
