Boondi Raita
Boondi raita is basically North Indian dish made with curd, boondi, and few spices. Very easy to make and delicious treat on the side. My mom makes boondi raita as a side dish for Holi lunch or dinner parties.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take 2 large cups of curd
* Step 2
Add 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp cumin powder and 1/4 tsp sugar
* Step 4
Then add the boondi to it
* Step 5
Now cover the lid and leave it for 15 mins
* Step 6
Now stir everything well and then serve
