Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat the oil add cumin seeds saute them.
* Step 2
Add tomatoes and all the spices mix well in high flame until the oil separates.
* Step 3
Add carrots mix well add water cover and cook in low flame for 10-15 until the carrots are cooked. Serve with green coriander.
