Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Add zeera and fry onion until golden brown.
* Step 2
Add minced meat fry until the color change.
* Step 3
Add ginger garlic paste fry for 5 minutes add tomatoes and all the spices. Mix well until the oil separates.
* Step 4
Add some water. When the water is boil cover them and low the flame. cook until the minced is tender
* Step 5
Add potatoes fry in high flame add yogurt, green chillies fry until the potatoes is tender
* Step 6
Add green coriander, ground spices and in low flame for 5-7minutes. Served with parhata
