Mix all ingredients in potatoes sabut dhanya,namak,Zeera,lal mirch,hare mirch.mix them all.

Cover the mixture for 5minutes

Now make the cutlets and freeze them for half hour

Beat the egg dip the cutlets in eggs then corn flour

* Step 6

Heat The oil and fry the cutlets
