Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a potato and wash it properly. Now add oil in a pan and put it on flame. Add jeera hing and potato

Let the potato cook partly for 5 minNow add spices after 5 min.

After adding spices let it cook on low flame and add kasuri methi

Now let it cook for more 3 to 5 min. It become little crispy and evenly cooked. Serve it
