#Ga4 #week25 #roti. This is a Missi Roti which I made with a mixing of two flours Bajra and wheat. It's healthy and yummy served with pickle and vegetable with lots of ghee on top.

Ingredient

Food ration :

2-3 people

Cooking time :

10 minutes
1 bowl

bazra flour

1 bowl

Wheat flour

1 spoon

Salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take flours and knead it after adding salt and Kasturi methi.

* Step 2

After kneading it put a tawa on flame.

Now take one portion of the kneaded floor and start making chapati.

Put the chapati on tawa

* Step 5

Now cook the chapati from both sides and serve it hot with vegetable, daal by adding ghee on top.
