Carrot and onion cheela is light and easy to digest cheela made up of soji and ghee/ butter. My 1.5 year child also like to eat this. It is healthy and yummy snack.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take soji and add salt, curd in it
* Step 2
Now add carrot and onion cutted in small pieces with a half spoon of kastori methi
* Step 3
Now add water and make paste.
* Step 4
Leave the better for 5 min
* Step 5
Now put pan on a flame and spread little ghee on it
* Step 6
Now take a portion of better and spread it in pan
* Step 7
Now turn it after 2 min. Or when it change its coloue
* Step 8
Cook it from both sides. It become little red and crispy
* Step 9
Urs cheela is ready to eat. Serve it with green and red sauce
