* Step 1
Put cooker on flame Add oil and jeera and one tej patta
* Step 2
Now add soya and vegetables
* Step 3
Now add green chutney made of green chilli and coriander leaves.
* Step 4
Now add rice and squeeze a half lemon
* Step 5
Now cook it till 1 whistle. Urs pulao is ready to serve
