* Step 1
Fry Onion, Garlic and fresh Bay leaves
* Step 2
Add Sweet Paprika and continue to fry on medium heat.
* Step 3
Stir in the Black Beans and fry for a further 2 minutes.
* Step 4
Add Tomatoe Puree and simmer for 20 mins.
* Step 5
Serve as a side dish with the meal of your choice. I usually serve with eggs and toast for a special Sunday breakfast🤗
