Poor Man's Potato Skins

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wrap potatos and pat of butter and sea salt in tin foil

* Step 2

Bake on 500 for 45 minites

* Step 3

After cooling, unwrap potatoes and cut in half, scoop out inside and place in separate bowl

* Step 4

Add more butter, two dollops of real mayo, milk and salt, mix til smooth

* Step 5

Stir in fresh chopped minced onion and put even mixture back into potato shells on nonstick baking dish

* Step 6

Preheat oven to 350, or let cool to 350. Sprinkle shredded cheese and chop up two pieces of bologna. Sprinkle on each one evenly. Bake for 15 minutes. This is good when you need something quick for gamenight and have no bacon or sour cream. Serves 4-8
