Ingredient

1/2 cup

chenna

2-4 tbsp

powdered sugar

1/2 tsp

rose water

2 tsp

Jaggery

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Add drained chenna to a plate and knead it well until smooth

* Step 2

To a nonstick pan, add rose water chenna, powdered sugar mix well and taste it. if needed add more sugar

* Step 3

Fry this for a low flame for 4 to 5 mins after this set as you want I have made in ball shape after that put jaggery water.
