Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Pre heat oven 350, spray muffin pan with olive oil
* Step 2
In a frying pan, cook mushrooms about 5-7 minutes or until moisture has been removed.
* Step 3
Whisk eggs and spices together.
* Step 4
Place mushrooms evenly into muffin tin, as well as eggs.
* Step 5
Sprinkle with cheese and dried parsley
* Step 6
Cool for 20 Minutes or until cooked through.
* Step 7
Can be refrigerated in a plastic container for 1 week.
