Bitter Beans Stir fried with Fresh Shrimps

One of my favorite food :)

Ingredient

Food ration :

3 servings

Cooking time :

20 mins
500 grams

fresh shrimps

6 clove

garlic

1 1/2 tsp

sugar

1 1/2 tsp

lime juice

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Crush chili,garlic,shrimp paste ,mix well all ingredients ,except shrimps,and bitter beans

* Step 2

Stir fry shrimps paste mixture until fragrance,add shrimps,toss for two minutes,add bitter beans ,toss to mix well on high heat,add little water ,this should be done in 1 mins,to keep it crispy and not bitter ,serve hot with steamed jasmine rice :)
