Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Clean fish , pat dry ,seasoning by salt and pepper
* Step 2
Tasty mushy peas,bring peas to boil in milk about 15 mins ,blend it with whipping cream and seasoning by oregano, parsley,salt ,pepper..bring to boil and simmer until get thick ,not watery
* Step 3
Make the battle using tempura flour ( I use uncle barn's ) mix with chill soda water, chopped parsley ,salt and pepper to taste ,stir to mix well
* Step 4
On deep fryer set on medium about 70 ,. Dip the fish in battle ..Deep fry until turn golden and crispy ..fry french fried ..
* Step 5
Serve hot fry fish with hot french fried ,tartar sauce and mushy peas with the sliced of lime or lemon :)
