I am not good with measuring ingredients but I have tried my best.

Ingredient

Food ration :

butter

250 grams

sliced mushroom

1/2 cup

milk

1/2 tsp

salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Firstly, I used button mushroom and processed cheese. You can pick any.

* Step 2

Heat butter in a pan. Add cleaned and sliced mushroom to it. Let it release water.

* Step 3

When it shrinks, add milk and let boil.

* Step 4

Cut cheese in small pieces or simply grate and add to the mushroom. Let boil a little. The milk will thicken. Cook to your desired consistency.

* Step 5

Just before switching off the heat, add salt and pepper. Be careful with the salt since the cheese may add a little saltiness.

* Step 6

Place the prepared mushrooms on toast. Enjoy!
