Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Prepare the ground spices and aromatics ingredients. Chopper the ground spices until all blend.
* Step 2
Heat the oil in a pan, put the ground spices into a pan and sauté. Add the aromatic ingredients, continue cooking until fragrant.
* Step 3
Pouring the water into the pan. Add salt, pepper, sugar, and beef stocks for tastes (me: 1 tsp each). Bring to boil.
* Step 4
Add green bean, carrot, and jackfruit. Slowly mixing. Continue cooking.
* Step 5
Add coconut milk and mix it well. Bring to boiled, cooking 5 mins. Turn off the stove and ready to served.
