Javanese Roasted Chicken in Airfryer

Palm sugar

6 cloves

Garlic

1/2 tsp

Turmeric

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Refined the spices and poured into the wok

Rub the chicken that has been cut (chicken tight & drumsticks) with the refined spices. Squeeze for awhile. Let sit for about 20 minutes

Pour coconut water, sweet soy sauce, palm sugar, and salt. Stir it well and let it simmer until the water reduced

Cook until the chicken is tender and the seasoning thickens

Roasted chicken in the airfryer 15 minutes until it is a bit dry (my tips: in every 5 minutes smearing the rest of the seasoning, it will enhance the taste 😋)

LOOK AT THAT!!! It’s really good, you have to try it. Serve with rice, veggies, and sambal (chilli paste)… sooo good 😍
