Soy-glazed Salmon

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil potatoes for about 10-15 minutes.
* Step 2
When potatoes are tender, coat with butter, oregano, salt and pepper.
* Step 3
Mix soy sauce, honey or sugar, lemon juice, water, salt and pepper. Adjust according to taste. Coat fish with sauce mixture.
* Step 4
Start cooking salmon on a pan with oil, keep brushing salmon with sauce mixture while cooking. Keep heat on medium, cook until sauce caramelized on both sides.
* Step 5
Boil broccoli or vegetable of choice and season with salt.
