Apple and sweet potato cake

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Melt the butter using a water bath. Roast the almond slices. Preheat the oven at 170℃. Line a mold with parchment paper.

* Step 2

Break the egg into a bowl, add sugar and mix.

* Step 3

Sift in the pancake mix and mix together. Add butter, and mix again.

* Step 4

Add apples, sweet potatoes, and almond slices and mix roughly.

* Step 5

Pour 3 into the mold and bake it in an oven at 170℃ for 40-45minutes.
