Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Rinse rice with few changes of water and soak for 30 minutes.
Heat oil in a deep skillet over medium heat.
Add whole spices, brown onion,n

Garlic paste.
Cook for 1 minute then add ¼ cup water.
Add chili powder, salt, turmeric powder, yogurt.tomato slice
Cook for 5 minutes then add potatoes.
* Step 3
Add rice with 2 cups of water.
Cover and Cook for 10 minutes or until water nearly dry.
* Step 4
Add green chilies on top.
Simmer for 5 minutes or until done.
* Step 5
Tahari is ready to serve.
