Chicken Shami Kabab

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a pot add Chicken boneless, Chickpeas, Salt, Ginger garlic paste, whole button red chilies,Garam Masala powde & water, Close the lid to cook.
* Step 2
Cook until all the water has evaporated and chicken is tendered. Let it cool for some time and then grind all the ingredients to a thick paste.
* Step 3
In the paste add the raw eggs liquid and mix thoroughly.
Using your palm make the kebabs of any desired shape and size,
* Step 4
, generally flat round shape.
Now shallow fry the kebabs from both sides till golden brown.
* Step 5
You can serve the kebabs hot with chutney of your choice.
