Lauki ke Katlay
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In warm water cook lauki slice to make soft. When lauki become soft. Take out from water & keep aside.
* Step 2
In a bowl add besan, turmeric powder, cumin seed, ajwain, salt & red chilli powder. Mix it then add water (add water to make liquid batter) Mix well.
* Step 3
Now dip the lauki slice in batter and make deep fry. When it turn into light brown then take it out.
* Step 4
Lauki ke Katlay (Lauki pakoray) is ready. Serve with Green chutney or Ketchup.
