Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Peel & scoop the potatoes leaving a shell all around. Heat sufficient oil in a pan &deep fry until the outer surface of the potatoes turn golden & the potatoes are cooked. Drain & place them on absorbent paper.
* Step 2

Heat oil in a pan, add 1 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste.
chop the scooped out portion of the potatoes & add salt, let it cook on medium heat.
* Step 3
For stuffing take cheese in a bowl. Add chaat masala, remaining coriander leaves,green chillies, the cooked potatoes, crushed fried papar & mix.
Stuff the potato shell generously with the cheese mixture.
* Step 4
For marinade take yogurts in a bowl.add salt,black salt,garam masala powder, 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, remaining ginger garlic paste & mix.add mustard oil & mix.
* Step 5
Set asid Put these stuffed potatoes in the yogurts marinad & mix well with a light hand.let them stand for about 30 minutes.
* Step 6
Arrange the stuuffed potatoes on the baking tray & keep the tray in the preheated oven to 180°c & bake for 20 - 25 minutes.
Serve hot.
