Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a pot adds mustard oil & cook it 5-10 minute until it colour turn into light.
Then add Peel slice of garlic (1 pod) and fry it 1 minute
* Step 2
Then add Mutton in it. Cook it 2-3 minute then add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt.
* Step 3
Cook it 5 minute then add water in it. Cover it to cook until meat tender and water get dry.
* Step 4
Then Cook on high flame 10 to 15 mins until oil comes up.
* Step 5
Mutton Lehsunni Masala boti is ready. Serve with Daal chawal or with Naan/roti.
