Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a pot add Mutton payee, water 2 jugs, Turmeric Powder

And Garlic Pod. Cover it to cook 4-5 hours until payee tender. When Payee cooks completely then discard the Garlic pod.

Now take another pot add oil, Onions. Cook until sauté

Then add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder. Cook it at least 2 mins then add other spices.

Now add Salt, Red chilli powder, Coriander Powder,

Garam Masala, Jaifel Jawatri & elechi powder, Beaten yogurt

* Step 7

And water. Cook it until water gets dry and oil comes up.

Now add payee in it and mix well. Cover it to cook (Cook at high flame until first boil then switches it at low flame). Cook at least 1 hour at low flame or more.

* Step 9

Payee is ready. Garnish with Green chilli, coriander leave, Ginger. Serve with naan.
