Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a pot add oil, Onion sliced and make fry until it become golden brown.Then Take out in other plate.

* Step 2

Now in same Pot add Whole Garam Masala (Tezpatt, Green Cardamom, Darchini, Star anise, Black cardamom, Long, Shahi zehra). Cook it until aroma start come then add ginger garlic paste

And make it fry at least 1-2 min. Then add Chicken cook it 2-3 mins

* Step 4

Now add Salt as your taste, Garam masala, Coriander Powder, Red chilli powder, Yogurt, Water. Mix all the ingredients and cover it to cook until meat tender.

* Step 5

When meat tender and Fry Onion Paste (Grind the fry onion in the grinder (add water if required during grind)). Also add Rooh kehwara, Jaifel jawatri & Elechi powder. Cover it to cook 15 mins.

Now Qorma is ready.Serve with Nan or Roti.
