Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Marinate the chicken with salt,ajinomoto,cornflour and egg for 1 hour and then deep fry, and set aside.
* Step 3
In a pan add oil and chopped garlic saute then add ketchup, tomatoes pure,water, vinegar,soya sauce,red chilli powder, salt,black pepper, ajinomoto,chilli sauce,sugar
* Step 4
And simmer for 5 minutes then dissolvecornflour in some water add in sauce and whisk to avoid lumps when sauce thicken then add carrot,capsicum and fry chicken mix to coat the sauce evenly.
* Step 5
Serve hot with fried rice.
