Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Then add coriander leaves then switch off the flame

* Step 3

Mix wheat flour with salt and water make into a dough, keep for 20 minutes,

* Step 4

Divide the dough, make into balls, roll out in small circle keep aside roll another ball in same size put some filling in center of one circle

* Step 5

And cover with other one press them together to seal the sides roll out again to make a roti,

* Step 6

Heat tawa, fry paratha by adding ghee on both sides make golden brown.

* Step 7

Serve with dahi and achar or any kind of chutni which do you like
