Redd's whole wheat apple bread

I attempted to make beer bread a while back, it was ok but I used a light beer so I think the flavor was lacking. This beer I'd pretty popular around my city so I wanted to used it this time around. Completely better this for sure.

Ingredient

Food ration :

5 servings

Cooking time :

30 mins
1/2 tsp

salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven 375°

* Step 2

Finely chop apple

* Step 3

Whisk together dry ingredients and form well in center

* Step 4

Pour beer into well and use fork to press edges of flour into the beer

* Step 5

Continue until a ragged looking dough forms and add chopped apple

* Step 6

Take dough with your hands and make a loose ball, then knead about 15 times

* Step 7

Form loaf on buttered and lightly floured baking sheet, or if you wish a bread pan, and let sit for 15 min

* Step 8

Put in oven for 45 min until the top has goldened

* Step 9

Cool for 10 - 15 and butter the top

* Step 10
