Peel Apples and Yams

* Step 3

Fill pot with water and boil yams for 20 mins.

* Step 4

In another pot, Add 2 cups of water, 1 cup of brown sugar, 1 tsp salt, and butter and bring to boil.

* Step 5

Thicken mixture with 3 tablespoons of cornstarch

* Step 6

Place cut up yams and apples into casserole dish and poor mixture over.

* Step 7

Cover with foil and Bake for 30 mins at 350 degrees
