Snakehead Fish Waterspinach Salad (GABUS LALAP KANGKUNG)
Snakehead is a kind of predator fish that live in fresh water. This fish is known by many names in various areas : bocek of Riau, aruan, haruan ( Melayu. , Banjar.), kocolan (Betawi.), bogo (Sunda.), bayong, licingan (Banyumas.), curses (Jawa.), kabos (Minahasa.) and others.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix flour and bread crumbs in a bowl. Add the garlic, coriander, turmeric, ginger, pepper, sugar and salt. Stir well, add enough water.
* Step 2
Insert pieces of fish in a solution of flour and fry until cooked. Remove and drain.
* Step 3
Blend all the sauce ingredients and stir-fry a moment. Set aside.
* Step 4
Serve fish fry along with spinach and chilli.

I don't know what this vegetable is called there, if here called KANGKUNG.... maybe it's Morning Glory, Water Spinach, Swamp Cabbage, Watercress, Kale.???
