Simple...cut the lemon and lime in circle slices;separate the rind from it..place in a bowl,peel a orange and place in the bowl,take a avocado and slice into cubes and remove with a spoon and place in the bowl....add pomegranate to the bowl,add the fresh pine apple chunks to the bowl.

* Step 2

Add a splash of orange juice,some pepper flakes and kosher salt..mix together and wa la...you now have a immunity booster of fresh fruits and veggie.#Note...No canned fruit whatsoever.
