Baked Romanesco and Savoy cabbage
My kind of fast food.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Marvel in the beauty of the Romenesco before chopping it into bite sized pieces. Slice the cabbage (which is pretty cool too).
* Step 2
Add to a baking dish and rub with olive oil. Bake at 180°C for 20-30 mins, checking regularly.
* Step 3
Once you’re happy with how the veg is cooked, sprinkle the grated cheese all over and return to the oven for another 5 mins or so until the cheese is melted.
