Savoy cabbage, yellow courgette and anchovy oil pasta
I used savoy cabbage and yellow courgette instead of tomatoes, based on @Zeit_Zeitoun 's recipe(https://cookpad.com/uk/recipes/15977149). You can also try cooking this anchovy oil pasta with any vegetables that you have or seasonal vegetables.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Start boiling the pasta before making the pasta sauce. Boil a large pot of water, add salt and cook the pasta.
* Step 2
Heat some anchovy oil in a pan, add chopped garlic and dried chili. Cook until fragrant.
* Step 3
Stir fry savoy cabbage and yellow courgette. Sprinkle salt and pepper. Add 1 scoop of pasta boiling water. Emulsify the pasta. After cooking for few more minutes, add chopped anchovies.
* Step 4
Once the pasta is cooked al dente, add it over the sauce in the pan and combine well. Add some olive oil or cheese as you want!
