My Warming Chilli Beef Stew πŸ˜‹

I added 1level tsp Dried Chilli peppers and 4 heaped tbls Sweet Chilli Sauce just to make it warming for this cold chilly day. I have pressure cooked it to save energy it takes just 20 minutes. I have made a lot but I am freezing half of it. If you just want enough for 4 people just half everything on the recipe items.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Prepare and wash the veg. Leave the skin on the new potatoes, cut the bigger potato in half.

Add the diced and cut up Beef (mouth size pieces) to a frying pan with a little oil and fry both until the meat is no longer red.

Then add the salt n pepper and the dried chilli bits

In a large pan, casserole dish or like me the pressure cooker add the veg

Next pour over the veg the boiling water stir then add all the dried stock sprinkled in. I use both as they taste lovely together as gravy.

Next add the meat and onions and stir to mix.

Lastly the sweet Chilli sauce stir then add the lid and pressure cook for 20 minutes

If Casserole dish is used about 1+1/2 hours on low On the hob in a large Saucepan 2 hours. Medium then simmer after 10 minutes stirring often.

At the end of pressure cooking transfer the stew to a large Saucepan and add the Cornflour to thicken if you like it thicker add a little more. Bring to the boil and it will thicken.

Serve Hot and Enjoy the warming taste, it really is lovely 😍
